Bryan Bloom

Managing Director

Bryan grew up in San Diego and has been an entrepreneur his entire life.  He brings decades of experience in starting companies, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and all aspects of real estate.

Bryan received a B.S. in Biochemistry and Economics from UC San Diego, and then an MBA from UC Berkeley (with honors). He is active in mentoring students and entrepreneurs, and serves on several panels and boards at the University level. Most recently he built and ultimately sold a worldwide transportation and logistics company.

In his spare time Bryan likes to surf and is a black belt in Kenpo Karate.

Jeffrey Bloom

Managing Director

Jeffrey has been involved with horses his entire life. At a young age Jeffrey became a professional jockey and raced throughout North America. He has personal experience in every job and aspect imaginable for the safety, health and care of horses.

He received his B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.

Jeffrey founded Bloom Racing Stable, LLC which is actively involved in racing, breeding, and managing horses. He is a well-known media personality in the industry and serves on the Advisory board of the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance.

Andrew’s family founded the Yaffe Companies in Oklahoma in 1907.

Brennan Wehrle

Investment Analyst

Brennan grew up in Palm Desert, CA and has always had a passion for business. At Orange Coast College he was Vice President of the Business and Entrepreneurship Club, a 4.0 student, and a member of the national champion Orange Coast College Men’s Crew team.

Brennan now holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a B.S. in Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at San Diego State University. He is currently a part of the Lavin Entrepreneurship program and a team member of the Zahn Innovation Platform at SDSU.  Brennan was awarded The Osinski Family Scholarship in Entrepreneurship at the SDSU Lavin Center.
